Social Web Enterprises Publishes New Soccer Training eBook

Social Web Enterprises pleased to announce the publication of a new soccer training ebook, which has been in the works for a couple of years.

It is titled The Individual Soccer Training System and contains soccer skills, drills and training plans that allow players to achieve their maximum performance level in less time.

Parker Koester, the head coach of the Grinnell (IA) High School boys soccer team and the assistant coach of the Grinnell College Pioneers men’s soccer team, is the author.

Koester has designed two separate training programs, one four weeks in duration and one twelve weeks, which both include fitness and conditioning exercises, strength training, and soccer skill work with a ball. This allows players to quickly get in soccer shape and hone all of the crucial core skills no matter what the time frame.

Social Web Enterprises founder Andrew Walsh served as a co-author and editor on the project. For authors interested in assistance with any aspect of the publication process, from writing to editing to marketing, please contact us.
